Hey folks, I'm attempting to install and run the ASA v5.2.17 on my new Windows 7 64-bit machine and I'm running into some issues in doing so. Specifically: 1. I'm able to successfully install the software, however, once I launch it and go through the first-use setup process, I'm getting to the end of the setup screens and receiving the pop-up warning box 'Date Separator'.
I have no choice but to click 'OK' and 'Cancel'. Thus, cancelling the entire setup process. When I attempt to relaunch ASA and try the setup again, I'm getting a pop-up box that says 'The procedure entry point SetThemeAppProperties could not be located in the dynamic link library UxTheme.dll.' I'm able to click 'OK' here and proceed into the program but then I'm back to the same routine of not being able to finish the setup program (as outlined in the #1 statement above).
I've tried to install and run ASA in Windows XP SP3 Compatibility Mode but my end results were the same. Any suggestions? I've read about installing SP4 for the Avaya software but I have been unsuccessful in finding a site to get this.
Thank you in advance for any tips.
