First to see how many user licenses you currently have, you need to go on to the server.

Now to the workstation, you click start, all programs and under here you’ll see listed there might be more than one folder I’ll give you the latest one, like this one its version 11.10, click on advantage configuration utility, from here you’ll see the maximum used 13, how many people are currently using the server are 11. Advantage Database Server ships with a utility called adsver.exe which is installed in the server directory (C: Program Files Advantage 9.0 Server by default for version 9.0).
